As a recently new club at the University of Wilfrid Laurier, Eye to Eye was founded as a way to communicate and bring awareness to the student population about those who are visually impaired. 

Eye to Eye has hosted a Dinner in the Dark event at the local restaurant "Wilf's" located conveniently on the University grounds. This event gave local students the opportunity to experience how many visually impaired people do daily activities. I believe that many of these students went away appreciating their visual abilities as well as how even though people may have a visual disability this does not mean they cannot do anything. They simply may need to do this thing in a different way. 

Eye to Eye is very excited for this upcoming school year to begin as we have many new ideas to bring to students.
